As an experienced HR professional, I understand that people are at the heart of most organisations, and that is where I come in. I specialise in providing advice, guidance and support to businesses in a number of areas such as employee relations, HR training, recruitment and selection, HR audits and documentation, redundancy and restructuring.

As Company Director, I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with over 20 years’ experience in human resources. I started my career as a HR Assistant in the private sector, moving into HR Officer and HR Advisor roles in Local Government and then progressing into HR Manager and Head of HR roles in the Fire Service. In my most recent role I worked as HR Director in the Fire Service managing HR, Organisational Development, Training and Occupational Health teams.
Throughout my career I have managed and commissioned a significant number of complex investigations, developed and delivered a range of HR training packages, recruited a number of senior leaders, transformed business structures through large scale redundancy and restructuring exercises, have mentored a number of females through promotion processes and been instrumental in obtaining an outstanding report in people related areas from the inspectorate for the Police and Fire and Rescue Services.
I have a flexible, friendly, pragmatic and tailored approach to dealing with all of your people related requirements.
